Through my own personal journey with the gym, I know how intimidating it can be walking into a busy room and not having a clue what to do or where to start. I spent a year hiding in the spot in the gym, doing the same exercises and making no progress as I was too scared to try anything else. I soon became fed up and my determination for building muscle as well as feeling strong and healthy motivated me move to other areas of the gym and to try out some bigger movements. With time, a lot of research and a positive change in attitude, I began to gain confidence in what I was doing and fell in love with my training!
After years of training myself, I am now in a position where I want to share this experience and knowledge with others who may be in the same situation I was in, or who need the extra push to get where they want to be. There is so much I know now that I wish I knew at the start of my fitness journey which I would love to teach to others to help them reach their goals and ultimately gain the self-confidence they deserve.
