Hey, I’m Anais!
I have been in sport and fitness my whole life and a few years ago I transitioned into the gym and decided to make a career out of it to educate people and to help people become confident in their bodies or during their training.
I am here to help you with fat loss goals whilst providing nutrition advice to help you reach your goals, and yes this includes ice cream! I want you to enjoy your fitness journey in a sustainable and healthy way to see results that will last. I want to be able to train and educate you so that you can feel confident enough to eventually train on your own (just like a driving instructor).
What you can expect from me
- Nutrition advice- adapting to your lifestyle, I can give you tailored nutrition advice with calories and macros with full explanation, however, if calories is a triggering topic, I have alternatives available!
- I will help you build your confidence in the gym, so when you do workouts without me, you can feel confident walking into any area of the gym
- Pushing you to achieve the most you can in every workout you do
- Small and big goal setting! Let’s celebrate the small achievements and not just the big ones!
- Support through WhatsApp, whether it be for advice, a chat about your goals, or anything in between!
- Alternative ways to track progress if the scales or calorie counting is something that may be triggering
