Over the years I've worked hard to transform my body and my lifestyle using a variety of techniques.
I understand what it's like when you first start out in the gym and the challenges you face. Lack of confidence, don't know what to do, my trainer looks at the phone while I train with him, the programme and the diet I have are not made on me and they are not working, I've been there and done that so I can show how to do and how to go to the next step! I'm a firm believer in hard work, so I will challenge and push you further than you thought possible.
Although I'm results driven, even hard work should be fun. In my mind that's the key to sticking with it! It takes trust, sacrifice and commitment to reach your goals, and I'm here to support you even out of the session, you will be followed (if you want) on your nutrition and on food choices or just on how you feel, what you can eat if you are on holidays or away from the gym etc.
