I’m a level 3 Personal trainer and I have a ton of passion for fitness, so I decided to help people understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and support as many people as possible to achieve their goals.

In my twenties, I started to develop an eating disorder and struggled with depression, lack of confidence and negative self-image. My way to overcome this period was to get into fitness and nutrition. Alongside my fitness journey to empower my mental and physical wellbeing, I continued inspiring others and I decided to become a PT to help everyone who struggles with implementing a healthy lifestyle into their routine and achieve their goals.

I incorporate various techniques including weight training, calisthenics, yoga, Pilates, HITT and animal flow. I avoid sticking to a specific style in order to keep workouts exciting, fun and fresh so my clients learn how to adopt health and fitness as a lifestyle beyond just losing weight.
