During my time in the fitness industry, I've garnered a wide array of experience of training and coaching in strength techniques, fat loss, diet and nutrition, HIIT training, flexibility and sports specific goals such as boxing.

In a typical training session with me you'll undergo an intense but rewarding and motivational experience dependant on your goal or target, as well as a good understanding of the mechanics and purpose of the content in it.
