My main goal as a fitness professional is to motivate and educate people not only to improve their lifestyle but also to boost their self-esteem in a gym environment as well as outside.
I am aiming to be more than a Personal Trainer; I work in partnership to improve your lifestyle and change your outlook in life and wellbeing.
Throughout the years I have gained a vast amount of knowledge from studying at university a Sports and Exercise Science degree which has provided me with an advanced understanding in diet, training and advanced nutrition.
Further to that I have attended numerous seminars and courses with one of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in the fitness industry which later helped me to get healthier, stronger and better.
My main expertise is centred on making body transformations, muscle gain, fat loss and improving overall wellbeing.
