Archie Cox

I started out in fitness when I was young, playing as many sports as I could. I began training in a gym at 17 to improve my strength and size to help benefit my Muay Thai training. After training for 3+ years myself and helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle alongside this and knowing that I helped them, has motivated me to want to help more and more people to achieve their goals, whilst giving them the knowledge necessary to train by themselves.

Being brought up in a family where health through nutrition was such a big part of everyday life, my knowledge of nutrition and knowing the right diet you should be having depending on your goals, will assist you in your training and make sure you maximise your training results without making it a big chore.

As a PT I provide a lot of functional fitness as well as strength training. As I train in Muay Thai and strength, it is important to be strong but also flexible and functional, which is why I believe everyone should add functional fitness to their style of training.
