Being a dancer and dance teacher for over 25 years, I have had to look after myself. Exercising regularly has been a huge part of my career and my life. My interest in the body was enhanced through my studies as a medical technician. Creating Afro-Fitness dance classes drove me to become a PT and Fitness Instructor.
My dance skills combined with being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Fitness Instructor (ETM) have enabled me to create a balanced approach to training, adaptable for all ages, body types and goals.
I specialise in flexibility and stretching, core and abdominal training, muscle toning and shaping as well as resistance training.
I am a confident, motivated, hard working person who gets the best out of people.
Above everything, I want my clients to enjoy exercising, to feel good about themselves, achieve their goals and gain the motivation to succeed in whatever they put their minds to.
