In this way, I can evaluate your starting point and then help you to set realistic and attainable goals and develop a suitable and effective personalised training programme. We would review your progress throughout our journey together and with your commitment and my support and training, there is no reason why we cannot reach – even exceed your goals!!
If you are a new gym user, I would teach you the basics of training, undertake the most appropriate exercises, and use the most suitable equipment. This will help ensure you do not start off with too high intensity which can lead to injury or lack of progress. For more experienced gym users, I will take into account your current fitness levels and include exercises that utilise equipment that will enhance and improve your technique and body transformation.
