My training began at the age of 15, my body fat was 45% and I knew I had to make a change. I started out with circuit training, mixing weighted and body-weighted exercises. At 16 I began boxing at an amateur level with Dagenham Amateur Boxing Club. Using that knowledge I was training others, sharing my knowledge and helping people make changes to their lifestyles.
Since then I've completed my Personal Trainer qualifications and been working as a personal trainer at various gyms.
As for my training I've transitioned into powerlfiting and I'm looking to compete in a British Drug Free Powerlfiting Association (BDFPA) competition soon.
