Exercise is often viewed as a very one dimensional part of a person's lifestyle, as a stand-alone aspect that starts when you step into the gym and ends when you step out. My belief is that it can be the simplest and strongest foundation upon which a happier and healthier life can be built.
My aim is to teach you how your body can and should move, coupled with developing some fundamental principles for your day to day life. We will hone in on some key areas, such as: relaxation, rest and sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition, daily movement and exercise routines. As we learn and improve upon these aspects of your life, you will begin to see just how good you can feel and perform.
I believe social isolation, in a world of ever-increasing pressures to conform to someone else's standards, is one of the main reasons that unhappiness and loneliness is on the rise. With that in mind, I aim to build a community of like-minded individuals. People who want to better themselves, one little bit at a time, every single day.
