Because food is as equally important as exercise, I am a Qualified Nutritional Therapist and will be able to guide you through a new menu to help with your new regime.
Additionally, if you are just demotivated by your training plan and continuously feel like you are hitting a brick wall never seeing the results you want, I can tweak your training to meet your needs.
For me Personal Training is not about showing you what to do, it’s about educating you on ways to train your body and find the training methods that work for you.
