My journey into the fitness world began as a mum who wanted to make a physical and mental change after pregnancy. This path led me to realise my passion for training and also helping and inspiring others to not only reach their own goals but to enjoy it in the process.
I’ve been training for over 8 years, gone through many transformations and learnt and still learning what works by trial, error and knowledge. Whilst weight training is a known favourite of mine I also enjoy flexibility training and incorporating this as needed.
I made the decision to become a personal trainer so I could provide an outstanding service and be fully equipped with the knowledge needed to support my clients along their journey.
