Hi there, I'm Barry...I've been coaching for a few years now and I've always been very active from a young age playing sports like football, rugby etc. I believe in having a vision, setting clear goals (client goals), getting focused, motivated and having measurable milestones.
What I've noticed over the last few years is that there seems to be a lot of focus on quick fixes and I'm here to tell you that unfortunately there is no such thing as a quick fix regarding your health. One session a week will not get you to your goals. With me, it's the basics followed with consistency and this will lead to the results that you want and a happy coach.
I'm passionate about health and fitness, helping clients achieve their goals and my passion being helping clients achieve their weight loss goals through embedding habit based practices throughout the year.
