Hi there, I'm Barry...I've been coaching for a few years now and I've always been very active from a young age playing sports like football, rugby etc. I believe in having a vision, setting clear goals (client goals), getting focused, motivated and having measurable milestones.
What I've noticed over the last few years is that there seems to be a lot of focus on quick fixes and I'm here to tell you that unfortunately there is no such thing as a quick fix regarding your health. One session a week will not get you to your goals. With me, it's the basics followed with consistency and this will lead to the results that you want and a happy coach.
I'm passionate about health and fitness, helping clients achieve their goals and my passion being helping clients achieve their weight loss goals through embedding habit-based practices throughout the year.
