I have always been one for fitness and a healthy lifestyle which was strongly influenced by my mum who is a swimming teacher. Growing up I used to swim for Hertfordshire, play hockey and netball at school and take part in lots of cross country events. At the age of 16 I found myself gaining a lot of weight as I had stopped eating well and started exercising less - I managed to loose 3 stone in the space of a year and a half and find my love again for the gym.
I became a personal trainer as I love to help people find their passion for a healthy life style and watch them blossom through their transformation - it is one of the most rewarding things. I would love to help you on your journey.
My style of training is very mixed, we will take lots of different aspects and find what makes you as an individual enjoy exercising. We will reach them goals and I will be there to help every step of the way. I understand it is not always easy - I have done it myself, but with determination there is nothing you can’t achieve.
