My aim as a trainer is to try and create an environment where my clients look forward to coming to the gym, whether I'm acting as a "training partner" for some of my male clients looking to put on some quality size or more of a friendly and relaxed approach when I'm introducing my female clients to the weights room.
There is a lot of information out there and too many "do's and don'ts" within the fitness industry. My aim is to give all my clients clarity, especially when it comes to building lean muscle and losing body fat both in terms of training and nutritional guidance.
