I’ve always been into sports, nutrition and fitness, and first joined a gym nearly 10 years ago. In the last 2 years, lifting has become a huge part of my life for both physical and mental strength.

I offer personalised individual and partner training programmes, as well as in-depth dietary analysis to suit clients with a variety of fitness levels, goals, and lifestyles.

I always like to incorporate a little bit of science into my personal training as I think it’s important to understand the theory behind each exercise and technique.
