I'm a former international professional boxer who approach fitness and wellness in a holistic way. As your Personal Trainer I bring a wealth of experience with over 20 years in the fitness industry. I also ran track, played cricket and teach tennis motor skills. Over the many years, I was privileged to train and help many people change their lives, and transform and maintain their appearances. It would give me great pleasure in working with and for you to achieve your goals. I'll teach you boxing which is great for self defence.

I will introduce you to the beautiful way of toning and strengthening your muscles including your abs. This technique is fun and is successful in dropping divisions as we say in boxing. For you it may be dress sizes, waist/stomach reduction or fat-loss, better fitness with more energy and a better appearance.
