My passion for fitness began with martial arts where I gained my first degree black belt. I was also performing and teaching classes in breakdance . I found my love for coaching which prompted me earning an HNC - health, fitness and exercise. I have >8 years experience as a personal trainer, working with a range of clients,
with those new to the gym, weight loss clients, as well as supporting public servants getting ready for their physical fitness job requirements, e.g. forces.
