If you're looking to drop body fat, tone, increase fitness, build strength, improve nutritional habits, or if you have an event coming up that you want to look your best for, then I'm the Trainer for you!

I started in fitness through a Korean Martial Art (KUK Sool Won) where I gained my first degree Black Belt. I then began my education in Health and Fitness, completing my Level Three Personal Trainer and HNC Health, Fitness and Exercise. Since then I've gained over three years experience within the fitness industry working at PureGym, various other gyms and holiday resorts.

I've had the chance to work with and train a wide range of clients - from the total beginner looking to drop body fat, all the way to athletes looking to increase fitness and sport performance.

As a Personal Trainer I aim to keep you dedicated, increase your fitness knowlege, and motivate you to achieve the results you want!
