Caden Otter


My name is Caden, I am a Personal Trainer, Competitive National Powerlifter and Powerlifting Coach with a lot of knowledge in Nutrition and Strength Programming. In My 4 years of training, I have gone from 45kg bodyweight to 71kg within my time of training, taking programming and nutrition very seriously to achieve lifts such as a 240kg Deadlift at 70kg body weight.

I help all individuals achieve their goals with clear instructions, this could be overcoming a plateau within strength training, struggling to push/lower bodyweight or learning new skills such as Powerlifting, Olympic lifting or basic lifts to ensure muscle growth/improved performance and overall beneficial healthy training. 

I Provide 1-2-1 personal training and Online Coaching which includes programming, nutrition, accountability and 24/7 support.
