My name's Callum Simpson, I’ve been a Personal Trainer for the past year and have been training for over five years in various different types of gyms where I have learnt a lot from various different people from different backgrounds. As a Personal Trainer I am not here to just help you to work out and that’s it. I am here to guide you through the whole process and learn how we together are going to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. I will help you learn the specifics and understand why we’re doing what we’re doing and work around your busy lifestyle and to be in contact 24/7.
Bodybuilding is where my strengths lay so I have a great understanding of how to get clients to build muscle, torch fat and live a healthier lifestyle, and also make outstanding transformations. Prior to my gym experience, I was involved in boxing and athletics at a young age which encouraged me to get my strength and conditioning qualifications to coach clients with sports specific goals.
