Coming into the industry with a medical background, with considerable experience in musculoskeletal clinics, I initially worked predominantly with clients with medical conditions or in a rehabilitation capacity, I now work with a diverse range of clients including rehabilitation, but primarily with people looking to improve their body composition, learning to lift weights and get a better understanding of nutrition.

I pride myself on getting incredible results with people, whether that’s a wedding transformation, dropping a couple of stone, getting more toned or building some muscle - you can get the results you want without being miserable and cutting foods out of your diet or starving yourself! I’m always happy to show people my portfolio of transformations and testimonials too - results really do speak for themselves! Additionally, all of my clients have access to one to one nutrition sessions to ensure they can get the best results possible.
Personal Training can seem intimidating - but just to reassure you - we don’t all wear lycra, live out of Tupperware and shout at people for a living (I do own at least one plate and I don’t shout either!) and secondly - your first week of Personal Training with me is free, so there’s nothing holding you back from moving towards the results you want.
