Carl Miller

Hi, I’m Carl.

I have a love for most sports and anything physical activity related. My background was in football and competing in triathlons, but I am also extremely keen about the premise about being fit for all of life’s purposes.

My experience includes conducting fitness tests to set a baseline level and writing programmes to support achieving higher levels of fitness. I have done this in teams sports, such as football and, also individual sports such as running, cycling and triathlons.

Over the course of the last 7 years, I have supported clients to achieve their fitness goals, that aren’t sport related, but life related. This includes working with clients who have life changing injuries, improving mobility, strength, flexibility and reducing pain.
