I worked for 30+ years in a very busy and stressful environment, and I found one of the most effective ways of managing that stress was by being fit and healthy.
In 2018 I took a two-year sabbatical, and during that time I really found my passion for fitness whether it was in the gym or outside walking, running, or cycling. So I decided to leave behind the city job and the stress that came with it, follow my passion and gain my personal trainer qualification.
I have lots of energy and I’d like to share my energy and passion with you and help you take the next step on your journey to achieving your goals.
