Carrie Irvine

I know what it’s like to come into the gym and have a fear of stepping
into the weight’s section, having no idea where to start in my fitness
journey or even how to improve my athletic performance.
With that being said, I’m on a mission to help you build your
confidence in the gym environment, make progress towards your goals
and develop more than just your physical performance. I believe in a
holistic approach to health, being that, many factors come into play
when working to become the best version of yourself. This includes
developing the right mindset, which will also set you up not just in the
gym, but in other areas of your life too.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or improve your
athleticism, I’m here to help you out. As a qualified personal trainer,
sports massage therapist and also someone with a background in
athletic performance, specifically Highland Dancing, I have the
knowledge and expertise to get you from where you are now to where
you want to be. With the right education coupled with accountability, I
believe I can help you reach your goals in the way that works best for
you.

Together we will discuss your goals/aspirations and create a
personalised program which will be tailored along the way to ensure we
are getting the best results we possibly can. You will receive 1-to-1
support, guidance, and advice from myself throughout your journey.
