I have always been a very active person, having played several sports during my childhood and having taken up rowing during high school.
I studied Sport and Exercise Science at Nottingham Trent University where my passion for health and fitness began after starting my own fitness journey during my second year.
This passion for health and fitness led me to decide that I wanted to become a personal trainer as I wanted to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals, whether that goal is big or small.
I will be specializing in females 18-35 years old
