Hi, I’m Catherine and I help people Lose Fat and Tone up without following ridged diet and workout plans.

It can be tough and very easy to get overwhelmed with information when starting your fitness journey. The industry right now is filled with information of which diet is best, which workout plan will get you the best result, but none of them really teach you how to make it a lifestyle that works for you.

I’m here to help you get long term results, without having to sacrifice the things you love every day. My aim as a trainer is to help you build a sustainable relationship with diet and exercise, give you the skills to take control of your fitness journey and build your confidence in and out of the gym too.

By focusing on a flexible approach when it comes to nutrition and exercise, I want to show you that you can achieve the goals you set, see results for the work you’re putting in and help you become the person you’ve always wanted to be.
