Training and fitness has always been a big part of my lifestyle. From the young age of eight years old is when I realised that training and fitness will be my lifetime passion. At 14 I fell in love with kickboxing and this day I still love getting the gloves and pads on.
At 19 I became a Personal Trainer which I have been doing now for four years. I highly value my gym knowledge and always set my standards very high for myself and clients which helps me deliver the best results.
If you are interested in losing weight or toning up then I am the man for you. I specialise in high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), Strength & Conditioning work, kickboxing & circuit training. All workouts will be specially tailored to fit you so you can enjoy yourself while gaining and reaching your goals!
