I started off as a receptionist in the industry and worked my way up from reception to sales to admin manager to front of house manager to running a gym with my own team. I grew up in this industry as my mother is an ex-instructor and Personal Trainer.
I specialise in building strength, building muscle, toning and body fat reduction. I work mainly in HIIT sessions - this is so training doesn't take up a lot of your time as people are very busy with everyday life. So with HIIT sessions you're in and out of the gym in 30 mins, training harder by achieving the same as you would in an hour session.
I work on improving the fitness levels to be able to achieve your personal goal. As you can't achieve your personal goal without improving your fitness levels, no matter what it is.
I work in all areas in the gym from weights - functional training - inner strength - circuits - military hits and pad work depending on my client's goals and what they enjoy. I train both men and women. I believe that training should be fun and you should look forward to your sessions and training.
I love watching my client's confidence and health improve. Watching their smiles grow. I also look at my client's goals as my own goals and we work together as a team to achieve them. I also have an OCD about form - technique when training!
I offer a free consultation which is 20-30 minutes going through your previous training, goals, body fat and BMI and how we are going to get you to achieve your goal.
