Quick note on my background, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in Australia and have been teaching internationally for 11 years. I’ve previously played for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and North Sydney Bears in Rugby League and ran at state level for Athletics. I’ve also created a no-gym fitness app and have setup my own fitness brand on Amazon ‘PHLIP GRIP’ (a part of our profits go to charity in the Philippines).
