I have been an avid gym goer for over 20 years and have worked within the fitness industry for the last five years, building my Personal Training & Nutritional business as well as working with gyms/sports centres.

Being a Personal Trainer means having a passion for fitness, a passion for the benefits of exercise and most importantly a passion for people.
