First up, a little bit of background about me. As a teen and into my 20s I spent most of my time yo-yo dieting, trying out the newest fad diet, ‘lose a stone in a week’ plan and probably spent most of my money on it too! It worked for a little while, but eventually I always piled the weight back on with a bit extra too. For me, it hit the pinnacle only on New Years’ Eve 2018 when I saw a picture of myself and realised just how far things had gotten. From this point, I committed to making healthier choices in my life and found a passion for all things health and fitness.

As a Personal Trainer, I work (not exclusively, but specialise) with women who have reached the same point I did. Tried every fad diet, unsure of how and when to exercise and just a bit overwhelmed by it all. I’ll show you how to implement small, realistic changes which will lead to a happier, healthier and fitter version of yourself. My service provides you with everything that you’d need to achieve your goals in a manageable way.

As I have gone through it all myself, I can whole-heartedly put myself into my client's shoes and I believe the best way to achieve your results is by working as a team. Putting our heads together we'll come up with an appropriate nutrition and exercise routine to fit your lifestyle and ensure that you achieve the results you desire!
