Hi, my name is Charlotte, and my goal is to help women feel confident and comfortable in the gym!
I joined pure gym 5 years ago, feeling unhappy with myself and not very confident as I had struggled with anxiety in the past.
Joining the gym was a new challenge and gave me a new passion to focus on and helped me to feel confident in myself physically and mentally, which is why I love to help my clients do the same!
The most important thing to me is listening to my clients goals and concerns and producing a custom plan to help them with their fitness journey, easing them out of their comfort zones and making sure they're happy with their progress as well as providing them with the support that they need.
