My fitness journey started with boxing. I loved the discipline and the self-confidence that it gave me alongside the running and strength sessions that came with it, no matter how early some of them were! But most importantly, it gave me a great insight into what discipline and hard work could do for both your body and your mind. For me, one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental wellbeing is to keep on moving and improving in some way, however small it may be. I’m always trying to find ways to improve both my cardio and my strength while helping others do the same. If a small guy like me can do it, so can you!
I’ve always believed that hard work and drive is the key to getting the results you want. However these days it can be hard figuring out what direction to go in. Too often people are led by fads, articles and what they see other people doing around the gym. They put in the hard work and the effort, just not in the right way. Sometimes you just need someone to show you the right path to take.
