Welcome to my PT Page! As a PT I go by Chris Thomas, though some of you know me from classes as Chris Cooper - same guy, just wearing a different top!

Whatever you want to achieve here is fine by me. I'm a no judgment kind of guy so whether you want to just build some confidence in the gym, work on your technique, or get a fully tailored program to completely transform yourself I am down for joining you on your journey!

I've been working in the fitness industry for 7 years and hold 8 health and fitness qualifications in a variety of disciplines, so I like to approach training from a holistic point of view; working with you and your lifestyle to create sustainable results for a lifetime.

I'm here to help and support however I can so please do get in touch and let's talk about how we can reach your goals together!
