I have always had a passion for going to the gym and exercising, seeing the physical improvement and noticing a change in my mental health. I started taking part in martial arts at 7 and continued in classes all the way up to 19 and adapted that into my programs at the gym for my personal exercise.
My objectives are to make you feel safe in the gym and to help you improve your body to the way you want it to be as I understand how difficult it can be to stick at it and feel like you’re not gaining anything.
I will be there to create safe, efficient and fun programs to train with you so you can achieve your goals and have fun doing so.
