Whether your goals are to lose weight and get fit for daily life or begin a journey into strength and sports performance, I can help you achieve them. Having been training in the gym environment for over six years I have competed in powerlifting as well as made forays into Olympic weightlifting and functional fitness.

As a CIMSPA registered Personal Trainer my philosophy is to build a solid foundation of strength and fitness while equipping you with the skills and knowledge to realise your bodies’ potential.
