Hi, I’m Cody, Let me tell you about my journey.

My journey started very much the same as many of yours - a beginner looking to get stronger and feel better about myself. So, I walked into the gym one day surrounded by people twice my size and just did a full circle on the machines not knowing what I was doing. But, through my 8+ years of gym experience and 10+ years of my athletic background not only has the gym and fitness transformed my strength, appearance and flexibility while also allowing me to live a healthier lifestyle it has allowed me to find unison and balance with the gym and my busy lifestyle, now I want to share my knowledge and expertise with you all.

My ethos has always been to make fitness and the gym enjoyable and fun whilst achieving your goals whatever they may be. For many one size does not fit all when it comes to designing an optimal programme that motivates you and to attend as a chore to keep fit but because you enjoy the process and feel empowered and motivated through fitness.

My role and qualities as a personal trainer is to ensure that my you as a client and a friend in the gym can feel stronger, move better and feel motivated to blast through your goals and feel empowered both in the gym and out and find balance to easily integrate fitness into your lifestyle, no matter how busy it may be.
