I’m passionate about helping people get active! I feel my best when I’m out for a run, cycling, or at the gym. I want to help you feel confident about getting fitter and stronger.
Exercise is vital to our physical and mental well-being and a strong body now will help us have strong bodies in the future! I’m aiming to be one of those septuagenarians still enjoying Parkrun and hope you will join me.
I know how difficult it is to fit in exercise with a career and busy family life—I have three elite-level sporty kids. Consistency is the key, quality over quantity!
