Hi, my name's Connor and I’ve been training for over 12 years. This began with boxing and amateur competitive fights, which led me to weight and cardio training in the gym. My experience over the years has resulted in my passion for training.
I will use this along with my knowledge of which I have gained in fitness and nutrition, to help you reach your personal goals and make you aware of more positive thinking, leading you to a healthier lifestyle. My areas of expertise include: gym based boxing, circuits, muscle building, weight loss and specific sports training for football and netball.
One of my main aims is to educate clients. This will not only improve your understanding of the exercises and why they are done but will also help you to continue to make progress outside of our sessions. My other main aim is to always get the best out of clients, by motivating and pushing you to try that extra bit harder to get the results you want!
Regardless of your age, if you are the type of person to be nervous or scared of exercising in front of others, I understand and can really help you build your self confidence within a gym environment. On the other hand, if you’re already training and feel as though you’ve hit a wall, I will help make a difference with fresh and exciting ideas tailored to you, from workouts to food guidance.
