Connor Feehan

For as long as I can remember I have loved playing sports and keeping fit. I always wanted to have a career in sports or the Health and Fitness industry, whether it be taking part or coaching.

After spending the last four and a half years in Sydney Australia, I've gained first-hand experience in a lot of different areas of the Health and Fitness industry while also playing football at a high level, and it really spurred me on to become a Personal Trainer and help people to achieve goals and hit targets. These range from long term goals, such as improving in the weights room with building muscle and strength, body tone and dieting to just getting that fit and lean body for a holiday that's a few months down the line.

I know coming into the gym can be quite daunting at times so if you're lacking motivation and feel you need some help getting back to your best then please don't hesitate to contact me or approach me on the gym floor - we'll work together on hitting your fitness goals and have fun and enjoyable training sessions together!
