Having been involved in the fitness/sports industry from a young age, I have seen first hand how much of an impact fitness can have on peoples lives!
As a PT I specialise in weight loss and cardiovascular training, I'm a very keen runner and enjoy long distance runs, I plan to take part in marathon runs very soon.
