I have been teaching tennis coaching for two years, I feel confident with my instructing technique and feel that sports, in general, is another fun way to keep fit and in shape!
I got into Personal Training from enjoying coaching and training myself for the past two years.
I particularly like delivering circuit sessions because I think it is important that you work the whole body along with trying new exercises to keep you motivated.
I like to deliver sessions that are not too serious but keeps the workout interesting and challenging at the same time.
