Courtney Rogers

Hi guys, I’m Courtney.

I fell in love with fitness at the age of 14 when I was an overweight, uninspired teenager who was forced to join the gym by friends. As soon as I started to see results I was hooked and never looked back. I went from a size 12-14 right down to a healthy size 6! Since losing the weight I have been religiously weight training ever since!

I have been a dancer since the age of two but sadly quit when I started secondary school. Once I started losing weight and regained some confidence I restarted dancing and have been working my way up - teaching and coaching ever since! Without the development of my confidence from my weight loss I would have never been able to stand at the front of a class and lead the children let alone on a gym floor!

I understand the struggle of finding the motivation to train and the difficulty of telling yourself to keep going. So I like to try and make my sessions as enjoyable and rewarding as possible whilst also maintaining a high level of intensity and achievement!
