Hello! I'm Dale.

My mission is to help people lose weight and take back their self-confidence. My clients tend to lose their first 10-15lbs within 8 weeks or less of training with me.

My 11 years in the industry has taught me that things must be kept simple in order for people to succeed with their weight loss. Therefore I coach my clients through simple and effective methods that achieve results.

You will not only feel more confident than ever before, you will also be able to enjoy the things that you love long-term.

Oh and there will be no daft shake diets either...
