Dan Hobbs

I have always been interested in the fitness industry and have been training and expanding my knowledge ever since I started training myself. I have now decided to help you, in the same way, to achieve your fitness goals/aspirations and support you throughout this process inside and outside the gym to give you the best platform for achieving your fitness goals.

After I started to see results in my own body transformation and performance I realised that a career as a Personal Trainer would be a great way to pass on my knowledge to those who are new to the gym or who have stopped seeing results and need a change in their training to progress.

In addition to gym-based exercise I will also help to give nutritional advice. I believe that nutrition is key alongside training to fully reap the rewards of the efforts that are put into the gym not only to help you train to your optimal levels but also to make the process of reaching your specific goals at a faster rate.
