Throughout my life sport and exercise have played a major role, whether it was playing hockey at county standards or developing my knowledge of the industry through college and Uni. In March 2012 I began Personal Training at Walton PureGym a week after finishing my course and gaining my qualifications.
Six years on and with a 20-month travelling trip around Asia and Oz and I am still here loving life, Personal Training and running my boxing classes on Wednesday AM and Thursday PM.
