Daniel Cawley

I began my fitness journey over 10 years ago to improve my self confidence.

I am very passionate about improving the mental health and self confidence of my clients, having been through it myself and coming out the other side.

The first two years I found myself training really hard, determined to make a change but getting 0 results. I began to educate myself about the human body and the varied ways it can react to nutrition and exercise. I finally began to see results I was happy with.

I studied to get my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification in 2014. Since then I've loved helping people with their own goals, mentally and physically. Having made many mistakes myself and by picking up a lot of coaching techniques, I'm able to pinpoint where people are going wrong, provide motivation and ensure they exceed their goals. I like to give people the results they want, fast.
