Bodybuilding and fitness has been my passion for the past five years. I started my fitness journey in an attempt to change the way that I looked and this led me to take up weight training. I decided to complete my HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise to increase my knowledge on training and getting clients the results they want.
Seeing my personal changes from regular training has lead me to a career in helping others to improve the quality of their own lives. I believe that everyone can reap the benefits of resistance training to improve the way you look, increase your confidence and improve general fitness. All of the workouts are tailored towards you and your fitness goals. I believe that fitness should be integrated into your current routine to help you live a healthier lifestyle.
