My fitness journey started back in 2007 when I decided to join the British Military. As part of the physical selection process, I was required to 1.5 miles in under 10 minutes 30 seconds and complete at least 44 press ups and 50 sit ups. Initially, to my skinny teenage self, this seemed like my biggest hurdle, but I soon learnt this was the first of many…
Throughout the years I faced physically and mentally challenging situations almost every day. The take home lesson I learnt from this was not to be afraid of failure. The key action is what you do following a failure that will defy your future. I understand that starting your health and fitness journey can be daunting and may seem impossible at first but that’s where I play my part; I know what it takes to get results!
After stepping away from the Military my mission is to now enable males & females live healthier, happier lives. I know not everyone is training to be a solider but If you’re reading this you’re probably after that little bit of motivation and guidance to get you on your own path to success.
